Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Experience with CMMS and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve asset reliability and performance.
