Qualifications

PhD in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

Drive reliability performance across the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
Collaborate with technology, packaging, and development teams to assess product quality and long-term reliability.
Evaluate how designs, materials, and manufacturing processes impact product launch and sustained field performance.
Define requirements for components and systems and validate them through reliability testing.
Recommend optimizations in component selection and processes.
Champion best engineering practices, advanced statistical process controls, and AI tools.
Ensure products meet company, customer, and industry reliability standards through cross-functional collaboration.
