AT Process Technologies in Massachusetts seeks a Reliability Engineer to own uptime and reliability for autonomous, continuously operating production systems. You will analyze failure data, drive maintenance plans, and lead FMEA and root-cause actions to minimize downtime.
You will collaborate with Controls and Mechanical engineers to harden PLC/SCADA architectures, define metrics, and implement predictive maintenance for long-term plant reliability.
AT Process Technologies (ATP) is a pioneering manufacturing company focused on the development and deployment of modular energetics production plants. Using breakthrough chemistry and automation that operates continuously and generates little to no waste, ATP is expanding energetics production to meet the munitions demands of the US and Allies safely, rapidly, and cost effectively.
Summary
ATP is building a core team of engineers to develop the autonomous skidded production systems that will redefine how energetics are manufactured. As our Reliability Engineer, you will own uptime and reliability of our automated production systems - analyzing failure data, hardening controls and automation architectures, and driving the maintenance and monitoring strategies that keep autonomous plants running continuously with minimal human intervention. The ideal candidate has previously owned reliability or uptime performance on an automated industrial system end-to-end and thinks in terms of failure modes, MTBF, and preventive maintenance.
