Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a global manufacturer in the Toledo, Ohio area. You will monitor equipment performance, conduct RCFA, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

You will analyze maintenance data, support operations in troubleshooting complex issues, and participate in FMEA while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Conduct RCFA for equipment breakdowns and root causes.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance tools to extend asset life.
• Identify reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to spot trends and drive changes.
• Support maintenance and operations in troubleshooting complex issues.
• Create reliability reports, KPIs and metrics.
• Participate in FMEA and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Recommend equipment changes and process optimizations.

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a global and industry leading manufacturer in the Toledo Ohio area.

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring that equipment, systems, or processes operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. They identify potential failures, improve maintenance strategies, and enhance system reliability.

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability.


• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for equipment breakdowns.


• Develop and implement preventive and predictive reliability tools to monitor asset health, benchmark performance, and extend critical asset life.


• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.


• Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.


• Support maintenance and operations teams in troubleshooting complex equipment issues.


• Develop reliability reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.


• Participate in risk assessments such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).


• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.


• Recommend equipment modifications and process improvements to increase asset life.


• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.


• 3–5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management.


• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
