We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive the reliability of our assets and systems to the next level.

Position Summary

As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets. This position is ideal for engineers with 5–7 years of experience who are ready to take ownership of reliability programs and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment failure modes and develop predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Develop and optimize PM and PdM programs based on risk, data analysis, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to resolve chronic reliability issues.
• Support capital projects from a reliability and maintainability perspective.
• Lead reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) studies and FMEAs.
• Manage and optimize condition monitoring tools and systems (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, etc.).
• Maintain and enhance the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve data quality and maintenance planning.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• At least 5–7 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or related engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of reliability principles such as RCA, RCM, FMEA, and TPM.
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Familiarity with condition-based monitoring technologies and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or similar certification is a plus.
