MANTECH seeks motivated Reliability Engineers to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The role involves directing engineering activities, training teams, and coordinating with Mission Partners to sustain critical systems in theater.
Senior or Midlevel positions are available based on qualifications. A Secret Clearance is required, with duties including process improvement, after-action reviews, and mentoring of staff.
Plans and directs engineering activities and provides specialized training for Technical Engineering Teams.
Prepare detailed operations and procedures manuals focused on system reliability and work measurement.
Authorize technical artifacts and coordinate the resolution of identified engineering problems with senior stakeholders and Mission Partners.
Leads the day-to-day execution of engineering sustainment for forward-deployed detachments and oversees the tracking of mission-critical systems in theater.
Oversee the integration of novel engineering technologies and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency of repair networks.
Validate engineering After-Action Reports and develop tactical procedures to mitigate theaterwide reliability risks.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.

3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Background in expeditionary engineering mission planning.
Familiarity with USSOCOM-peculiar health and safety support for engineered systems
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
