Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day maintenance engineering, preferably in refinery/industrial facility.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and storage tanks.
• Experience with fixed equipment engineering and field support.
• Familiarity with PV Elite and CAESAR II.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to provide day‑to‑day engineering support for refinery maintenance and operational needs. This contractor will support fixed equipment maintenance activities, working closely with maintenance teams to address engineering needs and ensure safe, reliable operations.

This role will allow the existing engineering team to focus on a major planned turnaround project in 2028.

This position is based at a refinery, with an approximate split of 80% office work and 20% field activities. The role requires regular interaction with maintenance teams and hands‑on engineering support in the field.

Overtime: Limited, with occasional additional hours as business needs require.
