Job summary

ManpowerGroup, an industry leader in workforce solutions, seeks a Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Department in Deer Park, Texas. You will support operational excellence and asset management, applying strong analytical skills to identify long‑term reliability improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering (preferred), at least five years in maintenance or reliability in a manufacturing setting, and hands-on experience with compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, and piping.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping.
• Ability to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long‑term asset issues and reliability threats
• Analyze data to justify life‑cycle cost and reliability improvements
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
• Support engineering, design, specifications, and execution of projects to maximize reliability
• Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Hold a High School/GED diploma; a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
• Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
• Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
