Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Reliability Engineer in the Dallas, TX area to lead a small team, drive reliability improvements, and shape the plant's maintenance strategy. You will own metrics and champion data-driven improvements across equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, collaborating with Maintenance on PM programs, and developing training paths for reliability staff. A strong engineering background and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering/industrial maintenance with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM.
• 5+ years leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• 5+ years with industrial controls (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• CMRP and/or CRE certification strongly preferred; LSSBB/LSSGB a plus.
