ATI is seeking a Reliability Engineer for its Cudahy, WI facility. The role focuses on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using 8 Pillars of TPM. The engineer will also administer the CMMS - Infor EAM, supporting a culture of reliability and safety.
Key responsibilities include leading reliability efforts, mentoring staff, and conducting predictive maintenance analyses. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least five years of reliability engineering experience.

A successful Reliability Engineer will administer and further enhance the use of our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Infor EAM. The Reliability Engineer plays a critical role that will inspire a culture of zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents.
