Job summary

Pinnacle, headquartered in Pasadena, Texas, is seeking a Reliability Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable reliability improvements across industrial facilities. You will apply analytics to support maintenance, operations, and project teams, driving safer, more efficient performance.

You will collaborate with engineers and field staff, gather design and operation data, and develop recommendations for improving equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; or 5+ years in reliability, operations, maintenance, or inspections.
• Ability to read technical documents and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills; willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems using data and critical thinking within RAGEGAP guidelines.
• Gather and organize design, operating, and maintenance data for reliability strategies.
• Analyze data to assess failures, risk, and asset performance across units.
• Participate in kickoff, updates, and validation meetings for reliability deliverables.
• Develop a career plan to progress into Project Management or Technical Leadership.
