Job summary

Linde is seeking a Manager for Reliability Center Maintenance in Garfield, UT, or Ontario, CA, to lead safety-conscious, high-quality maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will drive TARs, outages, and reliability initiatives with a focus on cost-effective asset optimization.

The role demands engineering expertise with 5+ years in reliability or 10+ years in maintenance, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years in industrial reliability or maintenance, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading emergency maintenance response and planned outages for industrial plants.
• Strong understanding of industry standards for installation, troubleshooting, repair and PM/PdM of industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities under time and cost constraints with minimal supervision.
• Experience in industrial operations, reliability or maintenance, 10+ years.
• At least 3 years of profit and loss responsibility.
• Experience with air separation processes, assets and operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work with technical discipline and rigor across Reliability Center personnel.
• Plan and execute turnarounds (TARs) and outages per Linde planning process.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to improve safety and reliability of regional plants.
• Optimize maintenance-related capital and operating expenditures for the Reliability Center.
• Ensure implementation of reliability programs and standards across the region, including Hexagon/ProCal, PM/PdM, RCA, spares management.
• Provide technical expertise with engineering support as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture and train personnel.
