Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree or technical education in a related engineering field.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial processes.
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office to organize, validate, and document information.
Willingness to travel to other Rea Magnet Wire plant locations.

Responsibilities

Validate Equipment Asset List for Rea Plants.
Align CMMS Asset Hierarchy with Financial Asset List.
Create and apply standardized asset tags to approved equipment.
Validate Maintenance Tech Routes and Operator Care Routes; explore PDA/mobile solutions.
Set up Spare parts – Location, min/max qtys and load into CMMS.
Organize spare parts by location and document validated information.
