Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recently graduated within 1 year (May/June start).
• Pursuing or received a degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, or Data analytics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau/Power BI; SQL databases; Python/R a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and potential root causes.
• Develop summary reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Utilize analytics tools to forecast trends and identify cost drivers.
• Assist in evaluating cost exposure and reliability data for risk assessment.
• Identify outliers in repair activity and help develop improvement opportunities.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture.
