Job summary

Bluewater Federal Solutions seeks a Release Train Engineer to support USAF Maxwell AFB on the BMx program. You will lead the Agile Release Train, coordinate cross-team execution, and ensure alignment across multiple systems and security domains.

The role requires 8+ years in Agile delivery, 5+ years in scaled Agile environments, active Secret clearance, and SAFe/Scrum mastery credentials are a plus. On-site duties support critical mission readiness with Gov't partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 8+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• 5+ years supporting scaled Agile enterprise programs.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile product teams.
• SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train.
• Coordinate execution across product teams, shared services, release activities, dependency management, and Program Increment operations.
• Ensure Agile execution stays aligned across FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, integration, testing, and operational support.
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, dependency resolution, Inspect-and-Adapt activities, metrics reviews, and release coordination.
• Track backlog health, sprint predictability, migration sequencing, sustainment demands, and operational risks.
• Assess cross-team impacts that could affect release stability, operational readiness, cloud migration sequencing, or mission support continuity.
