AI AXISS INC is seeking a seasoned Agile Program Manager to lead SAFe ceremonies and coordinate multiple agile teams in San Antonio, TX. The role involves driving program objectives, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments while collaborating with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and technical leadership.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience, be available onsite, and preferably have USAA experience.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Available to work onsite in San Antonio, TX (local candidates only).
• Visa status accepted: H1B and H4 EAD only.
• H1B status must be reflected on the I-94 for H1B candidates.
• Prior USAA experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones.
• Track cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical leadership.
• Monitor ART performance, program execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate program status, delivery risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Promote Agile and SAFe best practices to improve team collaboration and delivery predictability.
• Support teams in resolving blockers and maintaining alignment with business priorities.
