Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise, is seeking a Deployment Lead / Release Manager to help drive a large-scale modernization program.

This is a tech-forward coordination role where you’ll oversee the full release lifecycle—from preparation and testing to go-live and post-deployment support. You’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring that systems, data, and platforms align seamlessly across internal teams and third-party partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of the release cycle, from environment prep and QA coordination to rollout and validation
• Oversee timelines, dependencies, and execution across both internal teams and external partners
• Make sure technology platforms and integration points align and function as planned during each release
• Develop and execute a structured release plan that keeps cross-functional teams aligned
• Leverage release tracking tools and dashboards to ensure visibility, quality, and consistency
• Identify bottlenecks early, mitigate risk, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum
• Serve as the central point between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity

What You Bring:

• 8+ years experience leading release efforts for enterprise-scale software or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of how applications and platforms interconnect, especially in data-rich environments
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balance shifting priorities, and coordinate across groups
• Proficiency using release planning or deployment tools, and familiarity with common technical stacks
• A proactive mindset—you're not afraid to follow up, push for progress, and keep teams accountable
• Background working as a liaison between technical teams and business users is highly valued
