Job summary

PlanIT Group in the United States is seeking an experienced IT Change and Service Delivery Lead to guide network project programs and ensure smooth operations.

Candidates should have 8+ years in technical roles, with PMP and ITIL strongly preferred; CCNA is a plus, and experience with Change Management and CAB processes is required. Financial services exposure is a plus; you must be able to prioritize, adapt to shifting deadlines, and turn data into actionable insights for service delivery.

USA Contract On-Site Flexibility/Remote: 100%

• Minimum 8+ years experience required in a Technical role supporting network project/programs.
• Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL are strongly preferred, technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus. Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures a must.
• Strong background in IT service delivery role.
• Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking), is a plus.
• Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize work load, proactively react to issues and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
• Ability to create meaningful data that contributes to the Change Management and Service Delivery processes.
