Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Atlassian Jira.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in client facing communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating project activities and software releases across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional and technical release activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows and reporting mechanisms to support release visibility and delivery tracking.
• Support backlog refinement, release planning, and sprint activities in collaboration with development and product teams.
• Coordinate release schedules, deployment timelines and readiness activities across technical and functional teams.
• Monitor release milestones, risks, dependencies and action items to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and program leadership.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting requirements and communicate status updates to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain release documentation, meeting artifacts and process guidance materials.
• Support release planning, tracking and execution activities to ensure timely delivery of software enhancements.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to release management, reporting and delivery operations.

Release Management Business AnalystLocation Arlington VA hybrid Blue Rose Consulting Group Inc Blue Rose is seeking a motivated Release Management Business Analyst to support a federal client in coordinating software releases supporting delivery operations and ensuring effective communication across technical and functional teams in a secure federal environment In this role you will help manage release related activities support reporting requirements and maintain project tracking tools while serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams You will play an important role in ensuring release processes are organized transparent and aligned with program objectives

What Youll Do

Requirements

US Citizenship requiredActive Secret Clearance requiredMinimum of 35 years experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and WordMinimum of 02 years experience with Atlassian JiraMinimum of 02 years experience in client facing communication and stakeholder engagementExperience coordinating project activities software releases or delivery milestones across multiple stakeholdersExperience developing executive level reports status updates or performance metrics for stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational analytical and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across cross functional teamsComfortable working in a client facing role

Preferred Qualifications
