Job summary

SPN Solutions is hiring a Release and Configuration Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities in Fairfax, VA. The role covers managing changes and releases across Oracle E-Business Suite estates, maintaining configuration baselines, and coordinating with DBAs, developers, QA, and validation teams in a hybrid work model.

You will drive the agile cadence, maintain the release calendar, and oversee evidence-based governance from planning through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for IT roles in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in release or configuration management for enterprise apps.
• Experience running a change advisory board (CAB) and coordinating across environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage change and release for legacy and cloud systems, including CAB and deployment calendars.
• Maintain CMDB baselines, perform audits, and reconcile drift.
• Coordinate patch and release deployments with DBAs, developers, QA, and validation teams.
• Lead planning, reviews, and backlog grooming within an agile cadence.
• Track velocity, burndown, and release readiness; make impediments visible and removable.
