Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters for a respected law firm. You’ll manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include transforming case needs into data workflows, using Relativity analytics and scripting, handling intake through archival, and ensuring data quality and chain-of-custody.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience with Relativity and analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management and scripting.
• Working knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
