Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Archiving Analyst to vet Relativity workspaces and file shares, archiving or purging as needed. Responsibilities include archiving workspaces with Relativity ARM and in flat formats, ensuring full restorability in Relativity or other systems.

The role requires 3+ years of Relativity experience, strong archiving skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Relativity 2022 and prior.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with archiving Relativity workspaces.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with restoring Relativity archives workspaces.
• Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on disposition of data/files.
• Archive older file shares.
• Archive full Relativity workspaces using ARM.
• Archive images, natives, text, and related data.
• Archive metadata, coding fields, and tags in flat format.
• Document user interface and archiving process for approval by Senior IT Manager.
• Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues.
