Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a senior-level analyst to manage and archive Relativity workspaces and file share folders. The role involves vetting data, moving shares to archive locations, and ensuring archived content can be fully restored in Relativity or alternative systems.
Pay and Employment
Base Pay: $96,096.00/yr – $138,805.33/yr
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on disposition of data/files.
- Archive older file shares and full Relativity workspaces using ARM and flat format.
- Archive images, natives, text, metadata, coding fields, and tags in a flat format.
- Document user interface and archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager.
- Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with archiving and restoring Relativity workspaces.
- Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline.
- Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling.
