CGS Federal is seeking a Relativity Administrator to join our Technology Support team supporting a federal agency. This full-time hybrid role covers Chicago, IL, remote, and occasional Detroit, MI; you will manage Relativity deployments, assist with eDiscovery workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional legal and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong eDiscovery background, security clearance, and experience with Relativity templates, SQL, and scripting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 7+ years in litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Experience with Relativity eDiscovery platform and templates.

Mansioni

• Support a government instance of Relativity, delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Process and produce collections, reviews, and productions using Relativity and related tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage client communications.
