Job summary

CourseStorm, Inc. is seeking a curious Relationships Manager to help our customers succeed and expand our impact. You’ll be part of the Customer Success team, learning programs, challenges, and opportunities within community education.

You’ll own customer retention and revenue goals, collaborate across teams, and leverage AI thoughtfully to save time for meaningful engagement. Flexible remote work is available with a focus on EdTech impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1+ years in a dedicated SaaS customer success or account management role, preferably in EdTech.
• Experience with and enthusiasm for AI-first workflows.
• Proven success building customer relationships and meeting renewal targets.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics including retention, expansion, churn, and net revenue retention.
• Experience managing customer records and tasks in a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Clear communication with strong active listening skills.
• Ability to learn software quickly and connect its capabilities to customer needs.
• Strong organization, independent problem-solving, and dependable follow-through.
• Empathy, curiosity, accountability, and openness to feedback and growth.
• An interest in the Arts and the role Arts organizations play in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and understand each organization’s mission, programs, and goals.
• Proactively help customers use CourseStorm to strengthen their education programs and serve their communities.
• Manage renewals, including budget and pricing conversations, and meet renewal targets.
• Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional features or services.
• Monitor account health and revenue trends, address risks early, and involve teammates when needed.
• Develop customer advocates for referrals, references, and case studies.
• Keep CRM records accurate, with clear next steps and timely follow-through.
• Share customer feedback to guide product and service improvements.
• Use AI and connected tools to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
• Manage priorities, flag blockers early, and help improve team processes.
