Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional education.
• At least 2 years teller and customer service experience.
• Exposure to relationship banker responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Services customers by maintaining an accurate cash balance while protecting bank assets.
• Assists customers with address changes, stop payments, holds, debit card maintenance, balance inquiries, and other banking tasks.
• Inform customers of banking products and cross-sell or refer to other personnel when needed.
• Provide quality customer service by greeting customers by name and showing appreciation.
• Mentor junior tellers and collaborate with supervisors.
