Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Lexington, SC is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist to join our in-person team. You will process cash transactions, open accounts, discuss loan and retirement products, and build meaningful relationships with members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.

• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposit, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships to understand needs and provide service.
• Help members with account changes and basic banking needs.
• Be available for Saturday coverage and in-store support.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English.
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Work Environment

• This position is in-person. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
• As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
• In this role, you’ll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
