HSBC is seeking a Relationship Officer in San Francisco to provide high-touch service to private banking clients. You will manage the account opening process, support KYC data maintenance, and assist sales teams with financing solutions, building trust with clients daily.
The role requires Mandarin and Cantonese language skills, a business-related degree, and experience in private banking or high net worth client service, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

As our Relationship Officer, you’ll be the go-to officer for providing a high level of service to clients. You’ll be responsible for managing the account opening process for new and existing clients, facilitating the visitation process for all existing clients and executing all day-to-day responsibilities associated with the maintenance of all Know Your Customer (KYC) data. In addition, you will support our sales teams in the positioning and delivery financial solutions to clients and prospects. Every day, you’ll build trust with clients and team members by learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide creative solutions. To thrive in this job, you’ll need knowledge of private banking products, markets and traditional and non-traditional service providers.
