As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will help businesses grow by building strong client relationships, delivering strategic financial solutions, and connecting clients with the full range of Associated Bank capabilities. What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Proven business development, relationship management, and credit analysis skills.
• Experience growing client relationships and delivering treasury, deposit, lending, or other commercial banking solutions.
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Preferred

• 8+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and expanding market share.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management and other non-credit commercial banking products.
• Established network of business and professional contacts within the market.
