Job summary

Associated Bank is actively seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to grow our commercial banking presence by managing a portfolio of business clients and delivering strategic financial solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and 5+ years in commercial banking or B2B sales, with a proven track record in business

• Proven business development and credit analysis skills.
• Experience growing client relationships and delivering treasury, deposit, lending, or other commercial banking solutions.
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

• 5+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Proven business development, relationship management, and credit analysis skills.
• Experience growing client relationships and delivering treasury, deposit, lending, or other commercial banking solutions.
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.
• Preferred 8+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and expanding market share.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management and other non-credit commercial banking products.
• Established network of business and professional contacts within the market.
