Job summary

Associated Bank in Minneapolis is seeking a senior commercial banker to manage a portfolio of middle‑market loans, deposits, and fee income growth.

You will develop new business through consistent calling, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting; partner with internal teams to cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, wealth, and other non‑credit products; and ensure credit quality aligns with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years commercial banking or B2B sales experience.
• Strong credit analysis skills.
• Proven success in business development, client management, and cross-selling commercial banking solutions.
• Knowledge of treasury management and other non-borrowing products.

Required

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
