Job summary

ICE, a leading financial services company, seeks a Relationship Manager to proactively manage a territory of 15–30 accounts with $1M–$40M in annual revenue. You will build trust-based, value-added relationships and coordinate internal resources to deliver client initiatives and resolution.

The role emphasizes revenue retention and growth, with success measured by client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least three years of account relationship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior management.
• Knowledge of ICE Data Services products and services is a must.

Responsibilities

• The RM will be responsible for all ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business.
• This territory is heavily weighted toward Fixed Income Pricing & Analytics; experience in that field is preferred.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives and problem resolution.
• Performance measured by revenue retention, growth and overall client satisfaction.
