Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outbound calls to existing referral partners to build strong relationships and increase submission volume.
  • Conduct outbound calls and onboarding of NEW partners, while developing and nurturing those relationships for continued business.
  • Leverage platforms to identify opportunities to onboard new referral partners, whether they are brokers, banks, competitors with syndication opportunities, equipment insurance reps, etc...
  • Identify inactive or low producing accounts and re-engage those to identify new opportunities for business and move them from occasional business to consistent business.
  • Educate partners on new and existing finance products, terms and requirements.
  • Collect useful information on the alternative finance marketplace and industry trends to identify opportunities for program improvements and growth.
  • Provide a high level of customer service through all stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain complete record keeping of all communication with partner accounts.
  • Be self-motivated to schedule and track follow-up calls with your accounts to encourage increased business activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals currently in portfolio management, credit or partner relationship management wanting to expand their career and take the next step. You will be responsible for maintaining business relations and providing support to existing referral partners, as well as strengthening communications with low volume accounts to encourage increased business activity. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying new referral partners and conducting outbound calls to build newrelationships. Qualified applicants will be willing to work with a referral partner through all stages of the process, including document requests, preparation and discussion of contract terms and rates. Support will be provided to maximize your opportunities in a team-based approach to the process. This role provides a career pathway into executive relationship management.
