A high-growth London fintech (≈60 employees) has built a SaaS platform that benchmarks non-financial-risk controls across global banks and converts peer data into actionable insight. With fresh backing from several tier-one institutions and a recent surge in client demand, the firm is expanding its five-person Relationship-Management team.

What you will do
• Own one or two flagship global banks end-to-end – onboard data, run QBRs, steer delivery.
• Translate control-data insights into clear actions for Chief Controls/Risk Officers.
• Spot budget windows, draft proposals with BD, secure renewals and early upsell.
• Juggle multiple internal teams (analytics, tech, ops) to keep projects on track.

What you bring
• 5-9 years managing enterprise banking accounts in consulting, RegTech or bank change/COO.
• Working knowledge of operational / non-financial risk frameworks (Basel, SOX, CCAR).
• Track record of ≥90 % retention and measurable ARR growth.
• Polished presenter, detail-driven, naturally curious.
