Job summary

New York Life Investments offers a 10-week paid internship based in New York City, focusing on Global Relationship Management and Adviser Advancement Institute within the US Retail team. Interns will support one of two business areas and gain exposure to the distribution organization.

You'll participate in professional development, networking, mentorship, and collaborative projects with senior leaders, while building skills in relationship management, marketing strategy, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at a four-year college.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred majors include Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Management.

Responsibilities

• Support sales enablement technology and platforms like Allego.
• Assist with capturing and sharing advisor success stories.
• Shadow AAI presenters during sessions to learn engagement strategies.
• Assist with reporting and tracking team initiatives.
• Coordinate conference calendars and meeting logistics.
• Support strategic campaigns and business planning initiatives.
• Attend home office webinars and summarize key insights for Relationship Managers.
• Organize meeting agendas for committee sessions.
• Coordinate follow-up action items across stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing the SPF and ICGS events.
• Prepare materials and analysis for affiliate discussions.
