Job summary

Frost is seeking a Relationship Administrative Specialist in Sugar Land, TX. You will support Loan Officers with policy implementation, data gathering, and report preparation while ensuring top-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience or 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant/loan administration.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to represent Frost in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial lending teams to support portfolio management and business development activities.
• Prepare documents to assist in loan approval, modification, and coordinate loan closing processes.
• Compile administration reports such as Past Dues, Significant Balances, and Risk Grades.
• Monitor progress on LAMS, credit, and collateral exceptions weekly.
• Facilitate customer requests for stop payments and coordinate depository accounts.
• Handle wire transfers under direction of a Relationship Manager or Business Banker.
• Maintain and update Salesforce records for clients and prospects.
• Ensure confidentiality and apply Frost values in all interactions.
