Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience; cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer relationship focus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Ability to count large sums of cash and coin.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving ability.
• Team orientation with professionalism and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
• Engage in conversations to understand customer needs.
• Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
• Learn and promote Bank products and services with tailored benefits.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide through online banking and PIN resets.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
• Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, CTRs, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
• Follow cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
