Responsibilities

• Protect customer privacy and security; handle daily transactions with accurate cash handling and risk awareness.
• Grow consumer relationships through inbound calls and drive-through interactions; inform customers about products and promotions.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers via outbound service calls and referrals; identify non-real estate lending opportunities.
• Engage in personal development through Pathways, BUILD, and trainings; stay informed on digital products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience daily, uphold the Customer Service Promise, and ensure consistent, effective issue resolution.
