Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience may apply.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Cash-handling experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Identify customer needs and refer products/services as appropriate.
• Meet referral production goals set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers, count and package coins/currency, and report discrepancies.
• Track, record, and securely store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude.
