Job summary

WECU is hiring a Relationship Officer at the Lynden, WA branch. You will process a broad range of member transactions, open and maintain accounts and loans, and promote WECU products and services to meet sales goals while delivering excellent member service.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of similar experience or 3 years of customer-facing sales, plus Notary Public license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a WECU Service Consultant or related experience in a similar role at a financial institution or 3 years customer facing sales experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Possess and/or obtain a Notary Public License.

• Assess member needs and recommend tailored product solutions to maximize value.
• Achieve sales targets by following WECU's sales strategy and drive product adoption.
• Build trust through follow-up with members to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of all WECU products and services to assist members effectively.
• Demonstrate WECU core values and professionalism in every interaction.
• Provide exceptional service, offering clear explanations and accurate guidance on financial products.
