Millennium Bank seeks a Universal Banker in Gainesville, FL to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting both teller and platform functions. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.

As part of the branch team, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of cash handling and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers.
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Identify upsell opportunities and connect customers with banking products.
