Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a motivated Personal Banker for the Beloit office to deliver a premier client experience and help clients with consumer banking needs. The role focuses on developing and nurturing client relationships while actively selling deposit and loan products.

The candidate should have an Associates degree or 2 years of related client services/sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a 40-hour schedule with some Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of client services/sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work full-time 40 hours with hours 7:45 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday rotations 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
• Training at Monona and Janesville locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the bank professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full banking relationships with clients.
• Resolve client needs and provide high-quality personalized service.
• Actively promote deposit and consumer loan products and services.
• Open deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs) and complete paperwork.
• Process transactions while balancing cash drawer.
• Onboard new clients and new accounts.
• Promote positive relations with clients and contacts.
• Meet sales and service benchmarks at local office level.
• Participate in meetings and community activities.
• Maintain client confidentiality; perform other duties as assigned.
