Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver a premier client experience by assisting customers with consumer banking needs and building lasting relationships. The role focuses on understanding client goals and offering tailored solutions to grow deposits, loans, and overall banking relationships.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, balance cash, and stay compliant with security and confidentiality while engaging in community activities and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field and/or 2 years equivalent work experience in a client services/sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse group of clients.
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule with flexibility between 7:45 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Availability to work Saturday rotations between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to make good decisions.
• Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Willingness and ability to participate in community functions where the office is involved.
• Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
• Proven sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships and provide premier service.
• Open deposit accounts and complete account paperwork.
• Process transactions, balance cash drawer, and handle loan payments.
• Promote and sell deposit and consumer loan products and services.
• Participate in community involvement/bank activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to security guidelines.
