Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years' work experience in a financial institution or loan office setting preferred.
• Ability to register and obtain a Mortgage Loan originator license and keep it current.

Responsibilities

• Develop and open new consumer and business accounts.
• Originate consumer loans and promote bank services.
• Provide relationship-based banking to clients.
• Prospect new clients via outbound calls.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Process documents for accounts, loans, and banking products.
• Support teller and reception areas as needed.
