Responsibilities

• Promotes and originates loans, new accounts and bank services for both retail and commercial clients.
• Prospects new clients by making outbound calls to solicit new business and promote brand awareness.
• Prospects new and existing clients to identify their financial goals and ways of reaching those goals.
• Provides a superior client experience to all clients of the bank.
• Resolves client questions and concerns with appropriate actions.
• Attains individual performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, and client experience performance.
• Analyzes credit and financial information for processing of loans and other bank products for clients to ensure applicable lending policies and procedures are followed.
