Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer - External to expand our residential lending presence. You will originate loans, market mortgage products, and guide members through the home financing process with confidence and care.

You will own your production through proactive outreach and a strategic marketing plan while delivering service that reflects WSECU's Brand Promise.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mortgage loan origination experience, including FHA/VA familiarity.
• College degree preferred (related experience may substitute).

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans with accurate pricing, structuring, and compliant disclosures.
• Meet production goals through active marketing and campaigns.
• Deliver a high-quality member experience and improve end-to-end mortgage process.
• Manage full loan lifecycle with proactive communication to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain required licensing and stay current on products and pricing.
