Job summary

A leading insurance agency in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Commercial Client Manager to build lasting relationships with clients and manage commercial accounts. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day client questions, policy renewals, and claims support. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, commercial account management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial accounts book of business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure exceptional client services for requests.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and support the renewal cycle.
