  • Issue endorsements and process policy changes.
  • Coordinate enrollment activities and new case installations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and permanent case files.
  • Document client inquiries, policy activity, and communications within agency systems.
  • Prepare renewal presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure service commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with management, producers, clients, and carriers to deliver effective solutions.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and coverage changes with carriers.
  • Schedule and facilitate client renewal meetings.
