Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking an Associate Banker in Colorado to deliver exceptional client service, process transactions, and introduce banking products and digital solutions. You will work toward individual and center sales goals while supporting other departments as needed and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role offers training on onboarding, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate success in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Passionate and motivated self-starter.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate Banker, you will meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience and introduce clients to products, services and digital solutions.
• Process account transactions and support clients while working toward sales and service goals for your banking center.
• Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates with respect and consideration.
• Operate with established guidelines and contribute to maintaining policies and structure.
