Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
